ATV Access

on Local Roads

Many local roads in Campbell County and LaFollette are accessible by ATV. You must comply with all local and state laws. Riding on state and local roads is permitted from 30 minutes before dawn until 30 minutes after dusk.  If operating an ATV on a public roadway, the driver must be at least 16 years old and be able to provide proof of liability insurance upon request. All riders must wear helmets.
